Coast to Coast Worldwide Telegrams & Money Transfers,
(CTCT) at it's option, will either refund, cancel, or provide a free telegram when
it fails to meet the published delivery commitment in this guide. This service guarantee commitment
is for same day, or next business day delivery of telegrams in the contiguous U.S., Alaska and Hawaiian
markets. International delivery commitments for service could be continuous from four to seven business
days due to holidays or extended service areas.
In order to qualify for a refund, cancellation or free telegram, the following conditions
must apply:
A. CTCT must be notified in writing within (30) days from the date of placement of telegram
order.
B. Only claims filed by the actual customer (one who placed the order) will be accepted.
C. This guarantee program is for same day or next day service only. All telegrams are sent
via wire service thru fax machines same day or next day hard copy service by designated couriers.
This guarantee does not apply to International courier service.
D. A refund, cancellation or free telegram will not be given for telegrams delayed or not
delivered due to incorrect addresses, ZIP Codes or to the unavailability or refusal of consignee to
accept or sign for the telegram. All address & ZIP Code corrections including a second delivery will
be subject up to a $15.00 service charge.
E. International Telegrams by law require a signature, Domestic do not unless requested, once this telegram
is signed for by the Addressee or Any Responsible Party at the said address this relieves us from any further
responsibility.
F. International/Domestic telegrams destined for locations outside CTCT's delivery service areas may be
delivered via a contracted courier for an additional fee or in some cases when there is nothing else accessible the Post Office.
Some countries/US cities assess up to a $25.00 on-forwarding fee for international/domestic courier deliveries to remote locations.
G. This guarantee does not apply for telegrams that are delayed due to causes beyond CTCT
control, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes, or other labor disputes,
air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such
as weather phenomena and or natural disasters.
